Driving directions from I-40:

From the East (including RDU Airport): On Route 40 take Exit 273B for NC-54 E towards Durham.  Turn Right at NC-54.  At the light, turn Right onto Quadrangle Drive.  Follow Quadrangle to end and go around the fountain to Building Four Quadrangle (third building on circle).  Cempra is in Suite 100, straight back from the main entrance on the first floor.

From the West:  On Route 40 take Exit 273 for NC-54 for Chapel Hill/Durham.  Turn Left at NC-54.  At the light, turn Right onto Quadrangle Drive. Follow Quadrangle to end and go around the fountain to Building Four Quadrangle (third building on circle).  Cempra is in Suite 100, straight back from the main entrance on the first floor.
